It's officially my new favorite song. I've probably listened to it like 90 times today. Trying to figure a way to put it on my iPod. I'm just shocked that the entire video is made of jellybeans. By the 46th jellybean I would have been SOOO done with the idea.
ANYWAY. So today in art we continued doing some shading. The process is simple enough.
- Take a picture with the correct lighting
- Learn about shading and shading techniques
- Pick a random picture off the board
- Hope to God someone you like in the class picks your picture
- Trace the picture
- Trace it again
- Begin to shade
I was lucky enough to have ended up with Eric's picture and he got stuck with mine. Luckily, his picture is coming out way better than I had ever thought it would. Mr. Sands taught us
"Don't be afraid of the dark."
and I believe that I might even be afraid of the light!
But regardless, I'm happy. Especially for my first try. So hooray for actually trying in art class!
